The organizational structure of accommodation is difference between establishments.

The organizational structure will be basically the same , it's not really dependent of the size of a hotel.
It is usually divided into several distinct departments, each responsible for a particular area of work.

-Guest Services

-Housekeeping

General Manager / Salary: £25k-£100k+ )
responsibilities of the general manager include:  
(-In this role, you will be supported by a team of senior managers, department managers and supervisors. )
-Control the work of all departments.
-Participating in the formulation of hotel policies and strategies Leading the hotel staff in meeting the financial, environmental and community responsibilities.
-Assuming full responsibilities for the overall performance of the hotel.
- You will ensure that guests are satisfied, that all staff work together as an effective team, and that the business makes a profit.


Head receptionist Manager / (Salary: £25k-£100k+ )
 responsibilities of the receptionist manager include:
- You will be required to maintain a professional image at all times.
-To welcome the guests on arrival at the hotel/ important to make a good first impression, warm welcome, tidy appearance, pleasant atmosphere in the reception area can help to get their stay off to the best start.
-To deal with reservations, prepare guest bills correctly, and ensure that any necessary information goes to the housekeeping, restaurant, maintenance, and management departments.
-Excellent communication and administration skills are essential. (language et .)



Concierges /  (Salary: £13k-£20k)
responsibilities of concierge include:

-to create a positive first impression of the organisation for guests
-to provide a range of services to make the stay or visit more comfortable. Based in reception or at the porter's desk, you will welcome guests.
-Answer questions, to take messages for guests, sort mail, and look after hotel and room keys. It is a job where discretion is valued.
-key role in coping with fires or other emergencies, guests evacuated safely, and you also need to be alert to any security threats.
 
For example between, this organisational structure it’s almost the same between  Sofitel Accor Hotel Chain which is a Luxury international chain and “Première Classe” of Louvre Hotels Group , which is an economic chain. And the job of the staff is not the same in this to different Hotels!
